Good Bye 29...Hello 30!

So it is official, I have left my twenties and jumped into my thirties! Allot of people have asked me how I feel about the transition and how it feels to be 30...well I feel the same as I did yesterday and the day before. I am though kind of excited to enter into this new realm of age. There is some thing about being able to now say you are thirty that makes me feel like an actual adult, like people will actually take me seriously, because I now actually have life experience, even though I had those life experiences when I was in my twenties... but being thirty makes them more important in some way I guess. I know that this is not reality, but it is how I feel. It makes me wonder how I will feel at 40?

So in honor of my birthday I am going to post my 30 things I am grateful for in no particular order.

1. My family..yes all of them on both sides and Kal's side
2. My children
3. My marriage and Husband
4. My Father in Heaven and Jesus Christ
5. The Gospel
6. Dear friends
7. My mistakes
8. My good choices
9. Motherhood
10. Chocolate
11. Cheesecake
12. Being a Stay at Home Mom
13. Knowing how to make homemade bread
14. Electricity
15. My Van
16. When Kal comes home from work
17. Cinnamon Buns
18. Nap time
19. Music
20. Sunny days
21. Prayer
22. Tithing
23. My Computer
24. Laughter
25. Flowers
26. Water
28. Kindness
29. Pajama's
30. Lip balm

There are allot more things that i could list but these are the ones I thought of first! So I will say Happy Birthday to me and I am so happy to be the big 30!

Happy Birthday, darling! I sent a card last week which means you should be expecting it sometime in June (knowing the way the US/Canadian post offices are soooo fast with mail)
Hope you had a fantastic day! Be sure to take a bubble bath tonight after the kids go to bed. (That is the BEST!)
Love you!
