Sorry no pictures..yet again. Just a few things I have been up to and thinking about! Walker is into colouring on my walls and doors and any surface that is not paper. Jackson never did this..so this is new for me...what do I do? Every time I turn around I am finding purple crayon here or pen there and it is driving me crazy. I am trying so hard to keep pens, pencils, crayons, felt markers....basically any thing that can make a mark out of his reach but the little rat seems to find them every where! So much for a nice new house with new paint on the walls.....all I can say is that Mr.Clean Magic erasers are heaven sent!
We just got back from our annual Bartel Family Camping trip yesterday and we had a great time. It was so wonderful to only drive 2 hours verses 9 hours like last year from Calgary. The weather was great and even sleeping on our air mattress in a tent when 8 months pregnant was not too bad either...getting up out of it was rather difficult, but what can you do. The boys had a great time playing with the cousins, getting dirty, staying up way too late, playing in the river, and eating junk food. Thank goodness for my niece Jordan and my nephews Jacob and Nick, who sent so much time keeping Walker occupied so his prego mom could rest and relax!!!
So this morning I was getting ready and put on my deodorant.....not usually an issue, but I just grabbed what was under my sink and I realized it is not the scent I have been wearing for the last 18 years..yes it is true I have worn the exact scent and brand of deodorant since I was 12. It is not that this scent smells bad, it just does not smell good....to me. I keep thinking to my self, what is that smell? I may have to go wash it off....maybe if I was not so sensitive to scents I could stand it, but not right now.
I do want to say Congratulations to all my friends who have had their babies in the last couple of weeks! I am so excited for them, but also because as each one has their baby it means I am closer to having mine!

I am glad you are having such a great time! Jade did the drawing on the walls thing, still tries. The only thing I can suggest is I put every single drawing utensil up, up, up so that even I have to get a chair. They are allowed to draw and color but I take the stuff down, and they are only allowed to have 3 colors at a time, they can switch with me as often as they like. When they are done, they have to give me their 3 colors and if they give me all 3, they get 5 tokens to put in their jars. I know it sounds anal but it was last resort and it works!! Just a heads up about the magic erasers, they actually take off paint eventually. Now my walls look blotchy because the paint has started rubbing off and they look worse than before.
