Kal and I took the boys to the BC Wild Life Park here in Kamloops on Monday. It was a very warm day..hmmm about 30 degrees. Kal had the day off and so we wanted to do some thing super fun for the day. It is a lovely park, with animals that are native to Canada, they actually just got an Elk named Thunder from the Calgary zoo, which they hope to breed with some of their females. The park is fairly spread out and so allot of walking, which would have been great if I was not 7.5 months pregnant with major sciatic nerve and hip issues. But life must go on!

Bald Eagle at the BC Wild Life Park in Kamloops Later on Monday afternoon, after I had a much needed nap we then took the boys up to Paul lake..only about 20 minutes from our house. They played in the water and climbed tree's and we just had a nice late afternoon/evening together. We love living so close to so many different lakes, apparently there are over 1000 lakes with in 1 hour of Kamloops! We have seen just a couple. I am not sure why I don't have any pictures of Walker this time...Hmmm poor second child!

Wow! Is Jackson ever getting big! He looks so grown up and handsome. I am glad you guys had a wonderful time!
It sounds like so much fun living so close to so many great things. It would be like a holiday all year (o.k. maybe not quite but close:) ) I sorry to hear you are in so much pain. Good thing the end is somewhat near--wish you the best.

You look so great, Amanda! Nate was excited to see a picture of Jackson. He told me today, "I just miss my friends from Canada." They were good buddies, for sure.
Glad to hear you're getting out and seeing the area a bit! When are you coming to Dallas?!?!
PS Next time you come to Dallas for a conference, bring Jackson too and he can stay with us. That would be SO MUCH FUN!
I can't believe you were in UT not too long ago! SERIOUSLY WE NEED TO FINALLY MEET. The idea of Brett and I going up to Canada recently came up. I hope we can get there in the next 1-2 years. That wild life exhibit looks fun! I bet your boys were in heaven!!
