So now that I have changed my background.....how do I put a picture up top?

Here's how you can go about putting something (picture wise) on the top portion of your blog.

-go to LAYOUT
-go the the HEADER on the top portion and hit EDIT.
-from here you can go to the image portion (3rd box) and upload something from your computer if you only want a photo.
-under PLACEMENT check "instead of title and description"

Now, if you want to make up a cute banner there are tons of ways you can do it, but my friend Bobbi has a tutorial on her blog if you want to make one up and add it as the image. She can explain it better than me any day!
